In redesigning Petsmart.com, we were posed with the task of increased sales and optimization along with a sleek modernization. More importantly, the integration of a revised Pet Services Center section and premium editorial content weaved throughout the shopping experience was imperative in adding value to customers as while as heightening the overall experience. An optimized shopping cart to checkout flow was also a top priority where we were able to drastically increase conversion.
